If your Switch Vision frame or magnetic interchange sunglass lenses fail due to defects
in material or workmanship in the first year, we will repair or replace them at no charge.
If they fail later, we will charge a nominal processing fee. Normal wear and tear, including
scratched lenses, is not covered by this warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim
Please click here to submit a claim. Switch owners will need the
following:

• Proof of Purchase which can be either an original dated sales receipt from an
Authorized Dealer, clearly identifying your Switch Vision purchase. Or:
• The original UPC barcode and label from the Switch Vision sunglass or lens box

Photocopies, bank or credit card statements, receipts from non-authorized dealers are
not acceptable proofs of purchase. The procedure required to file a claim and return a
Switch Vision Sunglass and/or Switch Magnetic Interchange Lenses to Switch Vision is
explained on the website. Other conditions of the Switch Warranty Policy can be found
on the switchvision.com website.

Lost Or Damaged Lens Program

To help owners protect their investment in Switch, the Switch Lost or Damaged Lens
Program will replace lost or damaged lenses for a small processing fee. Sunglass owners
will no longer need to replace the whole sunglass if they scratch, damage or lose a lens.

the Lost or Damaged Lens Program and the process for submitting a claim online.
Be sure to register within 60 days of purchase in order to facilitate claim processing.
Warranty and Lost or Damaged Lens Claims must be processed through Switch Vision.
Damaged or Defective Prescription sun lenses must be returned to the eyecare
professional where they were purchased. Although Switch Vision lenses are made
with shatterproof polycarbonate, Switch sunglasses should not be used as safety frames.

The processing fee for the replacement of lost or damaged lenses is $25.00 for standard
performance lenses, $57.50 for polarized lenses, plus shipping and handling.
